Cocoa & Cracka

Making hot chocolate in La'ie requires Nestle's Quik, can cream (Carnation Evaporated Milk), sugar, a pinch of salt and hot water of course:

  • Put 3 heaping table spoons of Nestle Quik in a mug of hot water.
  • Pour cream into hot mixture to desired "creaminess"...about 1/4-1/2 cup.
  • Add sugar to desired sweetness
  • Add a pinch of salt (magic ingredient)

Get as many soda crackers as you like, butter with real butter, not margarine.  You can either crush your crackers into your hot steaming mug (or bowl) of cocoa; or simply butter and dunk.  YUM!
