Katshoyu Chicken
Sooooooooo easy and delicious! You can do it with your eyes closed.
In large pot mix:
1 cup shoyu
1 cup catsup (Heinz is best)
1 cup sugar
5 lbs. chicken thighs or pieces (thawed and skinned)
Bring to boil and then turn to med low heat until chicken is fork tender. You may add pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers for a fancier dish. But it’s still yummy by itself.
